Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase! We take pride in offering high-quality digital products. Please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for any digital products once the purchase is completed.

Reasons for Our No Refund Policy:

1. Immediate Access: Once purchased, you gain immediate access to the digital product, which makes it impossible for us to return it.

2. Nature of Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot guarantee the resale or return of products in the same manner as physical goods.

3. Customer Satisfaction: We encourage customers to thoroughly review product descriptions, previews, and any available samples before making a purchase.

If you encounter any issues with your purchase or have questions about our products, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

For Physical Products:

Your order is printed on demand just for you! If the finished product is considerably different from what was received, incorrect, incomplete, or in any way defective, contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Send a photo of the issue to support@vinkydoodles.com and include your order number. We will reprint the incorrect piece(s) for you. If we are unable to correct your order, we will refund to the original form of payment. Otherwise, we do not accept returns or issue refunds due to the handmade nature of our items. All sales are final and there are no returns, refunds or exchanges for our items once purchased.

If for any reason we process any refunds, any applicable fees that were charged on the original order, will not be refunded back to you. These fees could be and are including transaction, credit card processing, or any other fees. The refund will be all minus the fees for that particular transaction. These fees could be as high as 3%. Returns are only accepted if the merchandise is faulty on arrival and must be returned in its original package, unworn, unused or unwashed. Any unauthorized returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited. We do not accept returns or exchanges for your selection of incorrect items, sizes, designs, spelling, personalization, items on sale, etc. Please remember to review your order (including spelling, names, dates, and sizing) before ordering, as each order is made individually to your specifications and cannot be resold. Sizing varies between manufacturers and styles. For specific sizing information, reference our online sizing charts under sizing details. We encourage all buyers to measure their favorite fitting item against the size chart to purchase the right fit for them. Along with the size chart, we also provide the specs of the garment. All models displayed on any listing are for reference only as each item can fit each person differently. All measurements are measured 1 inch below the armpit and across the chest. The height is from the highest part of the shoulder down the front. The specs and size charts should be your only factor in making the purchase.
